The return conditions regarding the services and products offered for sale by kilichosting.com are given below.

Hosting Purchase Service
kilichosting.com customer can unconditionally return any hosting service purchased. The return period is 15 days from the start date of the service. Sub-services included in the Hosting Purchase Service; Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Wordpress Hosting, Joomla Hosting, Corporate Hosting

Our return guarantee, which we provide in good faith, is considered invalid in case of any illegal use and the product and service cannot be returned. Services paid monthly are not covered by the refund.

Hosting Renewal Service
Hosting renewal is an extension of a previously purchased and ongoing service. Renewals are non-refundable.

Server Purchase and Renewal Service
kilichosting.com customer cannot return any server service purchased. However, in case of problems arising from kilichosting.com that cannot be solved, all services have the right to return without time requirement.

Our return guarantee, which we have given in good faith, is deemed invalid in case of any illegal use and the product and service cannot be returned.

Domain Purchase and Renewal Service
Domain registrations are made specifically for individuals or organizations. Since it is a registration service, it is not possible to cancel it even if it is not used. Therefore, domain purchase and renewal services cannot be refunded.

SSL Purchase service
SSL registrations are made specifically for the domain. It is not possible to cancel even if it is not used. Therefore, SSL Purchase services cannot be refunded.

Special IP Purchase Service
The kilichosting.com customer can unconditionally return the IP service purchased. The return period is 15 days from the start date of the service.

Server Support Service
Server Support Service is a service that covers updates, maintenance and problem solving of the server for server services. It cannot be returned after purchase.

Return Process
For refunded services, the amount received will be refunded in full within 7 days. For payments made by wire transfer and EFT, the refund is made within 7 days by the same method and credited to the customer's account. Credit card payments are made within 7 days, but it may take more than 7 days for this payment to be reflected on the customer's credit card.
